Learning to love yourself is one of the most important things we can learn. If you are not happy with who you are then it is hard to be happy about anything else.  When we stop comparing ourselves to every one else then we can start embracing our imperfections and really loving our life. We give so much of ourselves to everyone and everything else that there usually isn’t anything left to give ourselves.

This course will walk you through what self-compassion really is, the difference between self-pity and self-compassion, how to really start loving yourself and accepting yourself for who you are. You are worthy of love and this course will show you how to really start showing yourself some love.
