Asking the Question: What if

Have you ever been scared to do something and go through all the what ifs in your head? What if I fail? What if I look stupid? What if nobody likes me? The what ifs can drive you crazy and they get you no where. All they do is cause you stress and worry.

You will never know if you don’t take the leap

You will never know the answer to the what if questions if you don’t go for it. They will always just be questions in your head. If you want to know the answers then you have to take a leap. I know it’s scary and you could fall flat on your face but at least you will know. You won’t have those unanswered what if questions in your head.

What if it works out?

Try changing your what if questions to more positive ones. What if this works out? What if you look amazing? What if everyone loves you? Focus on the positive instead of the negative what if questions and change the way you view the situation. If you have a positive mindset then you think more positively about the outcome.

The unanswered question

If you don’t face your fear and get out of your comfort zone and go for it then your what if questions are going to become past tense. What if I went? What if I tried harder? The what if questions don’t go away just because you gave into fear and didn’t do it. They just change.

If there is something that you are questioning yourself about then stop and just do it. It will be scary but the scarier thing is having all those what if questions if you don’t do it.
