Christmas tradition


Christmas is my favorite holiday. I love how peaceful it is (if you stay away from stores). I love the excitement that my kids have all month waiting for Santa to come. The “perfect” Christmas


The perfect christmas

Christmas is my favorite holiday. I love the music, lights, and peaceful feeling I get. The best thing is seeing my kids faces when they see the presents under the tree. I use to go overboard trying to make the pile of presents look huge. I would get things from the dollar store (that they never played with) to make it look like more. But then I realized that I was spending money on things that they never even touched or the toy would end up on their floors. It created more clutter which then would stress me out. But again I was trying to make everything perfect.

Does having the “perfect” life make you happy?


does having the perfect life make you happy

I have a vision in my head of what my “perfect” life looks like. I have a beautiful house, new car, well behaved kids (all the time), nice clothes and I never have to worry about money. But who really has that? No one and even if they did, it doesn’t mean that they are happy. You have to learn to be happy where you are now. If you aren’t then what makes you think that buying things is going to change that.
